What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm EST and Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm EST.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly from our website on most products. If you are in need of a product that is not available online or if you have questions, you can contact our sales department at (508) 823-6260 or toll free at (800) 564-0152. Our sales department will provide you with a quotation. Sign and return the quotation for processing to proceed with an order.
Should I buy new or used?
This depends on your budget. Used items are more cost effective, generally 25% - 75% less expensive than new items. Used items will often have wear and tear, some items may have stickers or labels, but, all used items are still structurally sound. We offer a full line of new material handling equipment and stock a large quantity of used equipment at all times.
What locations do you service?
We are headquartered in East Taunton, Massachusetts, however, we sell equipment from top manufacturers located across the country and have the ability to ship nationwide on both new and used materials. We offer quick ship for new pallet rack from production facilities located in MA,NC, SC, IL, TX and CA.
What brands do you carry?
We offer products from essentially all of the material handling manufacturers. If you are looking for a specific brand that you do not see online, please contact our sales department at (508) 823-6260 or toll free at (800) 564-0152. We stock a wide variety of brands in used material.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order for used material at our facility. New material can be picked up from select manufacturers. If you have ordered new material, please speak with your sales representative to find out if your order is available for pick up.
Do you have in-house delivery service?
We do have two box trucks available for delivery to select locations in Massachusetts for used materials only. Generally, we ship your order for used material via common carriers in order to get you the best freight pricing. New material that ships directly from the manufacturers would be shipped via common carrier as well.
Can I view your used materials?
Yes, you can contact your sales representative or our sales department at (508) 823-6260 or toll free at (800) 564-0152 to schedule an appointment to view our inventory.
