Shipping Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out in a timely manner. Lead times may vary based on product selection and availability of the items you purchase and are specified on each product page. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We utilize services from all major LTL carriers, including but not limited to, United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Products cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

You may choose to ship an order with a carrier of your choice which can be specified at checkout. If you elect to use a carrier of your choice, you will be responsible for any and all freight charges, freight damages and/or freight claims. Your order will be shipped collect to consignee, unless an account number is provided.

FOB - Freight on Board: Shipping Point

Shipping points are determined by the product you select. Shipping points are located on each product page.

Used materials typically ship from our facility located at 250 Cape Highway, East Taunton, MA 02718.

We also offered customer pick up at most locations.

All freight rates provided are estimates only and are subject to change. Rates are based on dock to dock services with consignee unload. Additional charges may apply if delivery requires other services, including but not limited to: liftgate services, appointment schedules, security access, call beforehand, residential delivery, etc. Please state any requirements at the time of order placement to ensure you have received a appropriate quotation or contact our customer service department to discuss your needs.
