Terms:
Used Material – Prepaid
New Material – Prepaid or Net 15 days with prior credit approval
Orders in Excess of $10,000 – May require a 30% - 50% deposit
Special Orders – 50% deposit or specified terms
Custom Orders - Prepaid
Credit Terms:
Established credit terms are Net 15 days from the invoice date. All credit terms extended are at the sole discretion of American Material Handling Corp., and may be revoked or reduced for any reason, at any time. American Material Handling Corp. reserves the right to charge late payment interest fees at 18% APR and late charge penalties at $10.00 per payment.
Pricing:
All pricing is USD and exclude sales tax, shipping and handling, and other necessary fees unless other stated.
Methods of Payment:
We accept all major credit cards and for corporate account holders we also offer the convenience of open terms billing. Effective October 1, 2020, we will charge a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions. You may also discuss payment options with a sales representative once they have returned a quoted price for your order/RFQ. We use industry standard SSL technology and 256 bit encryption to protect your account and payment information.

Availability and Condition:
All used materials are subject to availability and prior sale. We try to represent all used materials condition as true and accurate as possible. The customer is responsible for verifying condition and suitability prior to placing an order. Used materials can be viewed and inspected in person at our facility or the customer may opt for pictures via email, if desired.
Order Acceptance:
American Material Handling Corp., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, for any reason. Verification, approval drawings and/or additional information may be required prior to acceptance of an order.
Warranty:
We honor all manufacturers' warranties on all new products and equipment.
Return/Refund/Refusal Policy:
We stand by every product we sell.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply call us at (508) 823-6260 or toll free at (800) 564-0152 to arrange an exchange or refund in the form of credit to your account, subject to inspection.
American Material Handling Corp. reserves the right to refuse refunds/credits if materials are damaged, misused or are non-resalable.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of materials, unless otherwise noted. Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization. All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge and freight fees.
Some product specials may be exempt from refund or credit options. Custom materials are not returnable. Materials, installations services and COD orders refused by customer at delivery will be subject to a 20% charge, freight fees, and other applicable fees.
Permits:
American Material Handling Corp. offers permitting services for our projects, however, unless otherwise noted any and all permits are the sole responsibility of the customer and not American Material Handling Corp.
Terms and Conditions Revisions:
American Material Handling Corp., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to revise and/or update our terms and conditions without any responsibility to notify current, past or potential customers. Routinely reviewing our terms and conditions is recommended to ensure current information is retained by current, past and/or potential customers.
